Follow the written steps and screenshots below while the video is being prepared.

Before you begin

Use the seller account connected to the relevant book. A customer’s order total, your book’s selling price, your earnings and an actual payout are different figures. Do not assume that every amount visible on an order is an amount paid to you.

Find the order

  1. Open Seller Orders from your account.
  2. Locate the relevant order using its reference and book details.
  3. Read the status and available payment or fulfillment information before taking action.
  4. If the book was offered as stock you ship yourself, follow the responsibilities shown for that order. Do not treat it as an automatic print-on-demand job.

Understand the earnings setting

A digital edition’s price is separate from the printed-copy earnings setting. For a printed edition, use the field’s displayed currency and current account terms. A printed-copy amount does not mean the customer’s delivered price is the same amount.

Use the earnings and payout information actually available to your account. An estimate, pending order or review status is not a completed payout. This guide does not promise a payout schedule or a fixed seller percentage.

Keep useful records

  • Record the order reference and relevant book or edition.
  • Compare the current order status with the earnings entry.
  • Use payout records, where available, to distinguish payable or transferred amounts from estimates.
  • Keep any support reference when a refund, cancellation or payment issue is under review.

Check your result

You can identify the relevant order and explain which amount needs clarification. If something differs from your account terms, contact support with the order reference and the specific record—not a screenshot containing full banking or card details.

If an order needs help

Provide the order reference, book title and issue. Do not promise an immediate refund, cancellation or replacement before the request is reviewed. An order-help request is not proof that a printer has stopped production.
