Follow the written steps and screenshots below while the video is being prepared.
First identify the stage
Is the problem selecting a file, uploading it, submitting the listing, opening the reader, passing a local PDF check or passing printer validation? Record the stage before replacing files. A failure in one stage does not prove the others are broken.
If the upload fails
- Check the accepted file type and size shown beside the field. Cover images and PDFs have different requirements.
- Confirm that the file opens locally and is not password-protected. Renaming an extension is not conversion.
- Keep the page open until the upload and submission response complete. If connectivity fails, check whether the listing was saved before resubmitting.
- If the issue repeats, note the browser, device, file size and exact error. Never send your login password.
If a PDF needs manual review
Read the specific observation rather than assuming the whole book is rejected. A warning may concern page size, fonts, images or something the automatic checker cannot fully assess.
Compare the intended format and file dimensions. Fix the source document when possible and export a new version. Do not repeatedly resize the PDF without checking how the layout changes.
A file-check result is not printer approval. A successful printer validation is not a visual quality guarantee.
If text or pages look wrong
For missing or disconnected Pashto/Dari letters, inspect font coverage and embedding. For wrong reading order, compare the reading file and production file before reversing anything. For blank pages, decide whether they are intentional layout pages before removing them.

Send a useful support request
- Book title and listing URL, or order reference if relevant.
- The step you were completing and the exact message shown.
- File type, size, page count and intended print format when relevant.
- Affected page numbers and a clear screenshot with private information removed.
- What changed since the last working version.
Check your result
Keep one clearly named current version and the original source. After a correction, retest the failing stage and check the listing’s status. Do not create duplicate books or accept a different print format just to hide an unresolved warning.
