Video tutorial — coming soon
Follow the written steps and screenshots below while the video is being prepared.
Before you begin
Sign in with the account that owns your books. Seller actions and community contribution actions differ, so first confirm you have the intended access. The website account is your starting point; you do not need WordPress administrator access.
Use the right workspace
- Add Book: prepare a new listing and submit it for review.
- Manage Books: find your existing titles, their status and editing actions.
- Seller Orders: inspect the orders available to your seller account.
- Store Settings: maintain public store details and the account options offered to you.
- Reviews & Ratings: review customer feedback where available.
Keep author and publisher details clear
Your store identifies the account publishing or offering the book. The Author field identifies the writer. For example, a collection written by Rahman Baba should not name the uploader as its author.
Use a consistent public store name and only information you want readers to see. Never put passwords, private identity documents or payment-card details in a public description.
Choose a task before editing
- For a new title, use Add Book rather than editing an unrelated existing book.
- For a correction to an existing title, locate it in Manage Books and choose Edit.
- For an order question, open the order rather than changing the book listing to describe the issue.
Check your result
- Your own books appear in Manage Books.
- Your public store identity is distinct from the book’s author.
- You can find the correct action without opening multiple unrelated dashboards.
If your books do not appear
Check the signed-in account and any status filters. A title that is in review may not yet appear in the public catalogue. Contact support with the title and listing link if ownership or access needs investigation.
