Video tutorial — coming soon
Follow the written steps and screenshots below while the video is being prepared.
Before you begin
A catalogue Cover Image helps readers recognise the listing. A full print cover includes the surfaces needed for the final printed edition. They are not interchangeable. Ketabona’s current seller workflow prepares the full print cover during review.
Provide a clear product cover
Upload a sharp, correctly oriented front-cover image in the accepted image format. Check the title and author at thumbnail size as well as full size. Use artwork and fonts you have permission to reproduce.
Keep the editable cover source separately. If a designer created it, retain the final approved files and confirm what can be changed.
Prepare for the full print cover review
- Confirm the final interior file, print size, binding and page count before preparing the wrap.
- Provide the correct title and author spelling, back-cover wording and any approved artwork requested by the reviewer.
- Use the specification supplied for that edition; do not guess a spine width from another book.
Review front, spine and back together
Read the complete cover in the intended physical orientation. Check alignment, safe placement of important text and the relationship between the cover and interior. A beautiful front image alone does not confirm that the full wrap is correct.
For Pashto and Dari, check the intended opening direction with the reviewer. Do not reuse a left-to-right cover arrangement without checking it against the interior.
If the interior changes, ask whether the cover needs to be regenerated and reviewed. Approval of an earlier cover does not automatically apply to a revised edition.
Check your result
- The public cover image is clear and accurate.
- The full print cover was reviewed against the final interior.
- The title, author, direction and final edition match.
- A saved source version allows corrections without rebuilding the design from a compressed image.
Need a correction?
Send the reviewer the book link and describe the specific surface and issue: front, spine or back. Include a screenshot or marked reference, but do not replace an approved file without explaining the change.
